What Is Utilities Inquiry?

Utilities Inquiry allows taxpayers to view utility bills received from Page County using the Internet.

How Do I Use Utilities Inquiry?

On the Utility Inquiry Screen, enter the Customer Number. This number should be printed on each Utility Bill. Press the Continue button.

Customer Number Not Found Message



Customer Number Not Found Message - This message indicates a problem with the Customer Number. Verify the information was entered correctly. If not, click the Back button on your web browser, or click the Utility Inquiry link on the left side of the screen and reenter your ticket data.

Detail Screen - This screen features detailed information about the customer number selected on the previous screen. Press the Previous button to return to Payment History.

Transaction History - This screen displays all charges and payments credited to the Customer Number. The history may contain more than one page. If this is the case, press one of the numbers at the bottom of the screen to page through earlier transactions. Press the Previous button to return to the Utility Bill Detail screen.
